What this quote is trying to say is that no matter what, you tell the full truth. If you go out with your friends and drink, tell your parents. Don’t lie and tell them that you just stood at her/his house. Tell the entire truth because if you don’t, then when your mom finds out later what you did, she’s not going to be happy about it. If you don’t want your mom to tell you anything or you worrying about whether she is going to find out about it, then don’t do it. Save yourself the punishment and lectures. Choose the right and you won’t have to tell your mom anything. You will tell her the truth without hesitation because you know that you didn’t do anything wrong.

The Naturopathic Doctor

The naturopathic doctor is a type of health care provider that treats patients using a system of medicine that is based on the healing power of nature. They identify, diagnose and treat patients for their conditions and illnesses.

Reflection:

I would not want to be a naturopathic doctor. I wouldn't get this job because it sounds boring.

This quote is telling us to get involved with the people who can benefit us instead of being with bad friendships, What I mean is that many of us don’t know who we are getting involved with or sometimes we just want to be with them because they are cool but that isn’t the point. We need to find people who can make us better and motivate us in a good way. The people we surround ourselves with are the image to the people because he way they act eventually you will be like them. If we hang out with good people then we will be known for the good qualities and the benefits we will have later on. On the other hand if we have those bad friends we will be known as them and people may want to stay away from us because they believe we are just like how they are. George Washington may be saying this because he might have experienced an event like this and he would like us to not follow that path. If he didn’t experience it then he might have had seeing this happen with other people and he didn’t like it. For example if we are hanging with the wrong crowd then we will turn out just like them because they influence us to do the bad, But if we are certain about moving forward then we have to get friendships with people who do encourage us and will benefit us for the better.

Mental Health Counselor

Duties and responsibilities:

Medical Health counselors work in primary mental health caregivers for their patients. Some duties they do are conducting mental health assessment, developing individualized treatment plans , they run classrooms or workshops, making treatment referrals and leading therapy sessions.

Education:

A master's degree and a state license  is required in all states. A bachelor’s degree program can be completed in a variety of fields and usually take about 4 years to complete.

Demand:

In order to be a mental health counselor you need to find it easy to connect with people and discuss their problems and issues. Another things that is very important is excellent written and verbal communications skills and an analytical approach will really help you in mental health counseling.

Reflection:

I would not want to be a counselor because i have mental problems of my own. So that wouldn't really work out.

Presidents day is the day the new president is spammed by memes. Involving him and his wrong choices. But the good thing about this day is no school.

Presidents day is february the 20th.

Other things that interest me is that today february 16th the day many people(immigrants) agreed to not send their children to school. Agreed not to go to work. Agreed to the idea of a day without immigrants.

What i understood from this quote is that if you want to succeed in life you have to set goals for yourself because you are challenging yourself to do better than you can imagine. Like for example you are playing football you have to challenge yourself to get on the other side of your goal because you have people that are blocking you or stopping you from doing that and also of basketball and soccer. There is always going to be someone or something in your way and the only thing you can do is challenge yourself to make it better than before. You won’t go far unless you try and try and try because there is going to be that one time when you don’t have a path to choose from. You should be the one to know your goalpost.

Software development manager

Duties and responsibilities:

Many good paying jobs can be very stressful just like the one i chose. What a Software development manager does is he makes sure he sells his product. And if something goes wrong they point the fingers at that person. No matter how small the problem is it is your mistake. You also have to make and plan out the project. Another stressing thing is that you can not spend all day programming and forget about the rest of your job.

Reflection:

I would want to have this job because everyone likes to be blamed for the smallest things. And because it is not stressing at all. Who doesn't like multitasking at its best. Even though this job seems horrible i would get this job for the money. I would have to find ways to maintain my family under a roof and send my siblings to a college they want. If i have to get a job i don't like to do that i will do it. FAMILY ALWAYS COMES FIRST.

Chris paul story

He was a basketball player that scored 61 points for his grandfather that had recently passed away.he also got a scholarship to a university. He now is a basketball player for the L.A. Clippers. His grandpa was really special to him. This means a lot to me because i would do the same thing if my grandpa passed away.but there is no way to score more than 70.

I don't agree with  this quote. Because there is no possible way to if you are GOOD YOU GET TO LIVE. I believe in SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST. If you are strong enough or smart enough you live and if you're not your dying inside. You have to be mentally and physically fit to survive. Only the weak are left behind. For example, in school you are never going to bring your grades up if you aren't able to suffer for what you want. Fight for what you want.

Must earn a Ph.D in addition to have skills and experience Medical Scientist.

Reflection:

I would like to work as a medical scientist. Because i can probably be the person to cure cancer. And then be recognized by important people.

I think this statement means that if you truly believe you can and have help from someone to push you to the limit you can achieve what you want. In order to achieve something you have to work hard for it no matter what. What is easy is hardly good and what is good is hardly easy. You can not let yourself be the victim. If you do not like something you say it or do something about it to fix it. Feeling sorry for yourself makes you weak and can at times influence the choice between choosing the right or choosing the wrong. Most of the times when you feel sorry for yourself you either lay around and whine about it or you have no energy to do anything when your life is going to flames. Instead of that work hard and work smart for what you want. Go to school, study and do the best and be the best person you can be.

I chose Disney because i enjoy watching their movies. And i find the movie characters very amusing. My favorite Disney movie is Lilo and Stitch.Lilo is a girl that doesn't have a mom but has an older sister to act as a mom. Stitch is an experiment created by jumba jookiba. I like this movie because lilo helps stitch be kind. Lilo's sister Nani took her to adopt a pet. Earlier that same day stitch’s ship had arrived to hawaii so he found the animal shelter and stayed there. She did not find a dog she wanted until she saw stitch so jumba was hunting stitch lilo was adopting him. Lilo and Stitch are best friends and sometimes i wish i have friends like stitch. Disney movies make you feel like you are a little kid again. Most of the times i've seen Disney movies i wish i could be a kid again.

This is a very good quote because it is very true. If you see everyone do it, it does not mean it is right. If you see the whole school ditching that does not make it right. If you know this you can be better than them by not doing what they are doing and knowing what is right from wrong. Even if you see everyone do something that you think is alright to do it could be wrong. You just need to be the CTR person that you could possibly be to not follow in their footsteps. You need to be the good one and probably tell an adult.

México, Guadalajara

There are many things a person can do in guadalajara. For example you can go to the zoo. Or go to the Jalisco stadium and see the Chivas de guadalajara. You can also go see the cathedral and the teatro degollado. There are different types of foods you can eat. My favorite food from guadalajara are tortas ahogadas. There are a lot of parks around guadalajara. And in winter there is a big ice rink in front of the cathedral. I like to go to guadalajara during my vacations because i get to see my family. And i get to go to places farther than guadalajara such as La Palma which is a small town in michoacan where more of my family live. And aguas calientes which is like a beach but the water is warm.
