Class evaluation

Things i liked about this class where that i got to use a computer. We got to type about things i didn't know. That made me know more about thing i didn't know. I liked that we got to see videos even if most of them had a racist message. Those videos showed me that black people always end up doing the wrong thing.

I didn't like that the teacher would put up videos of black people doing wrong and whites choosing the right. There was only one or two videos that he showed about black people doing right. And they weren't even black they were native americans. The other thing i didn't like is that once the videos where over we would have to turn and talk to our partner.

One recommendation is giving us as students at least 10n minuted to share. If we don't want to share we don't have too. Another thing is getting videos of black people doing good things. It really isn't that hard to find. LEARN HOW TO CONTROL YOUR STUDENTS. You may think sending them to the office is enough but it's not. If you don't show them that you are willing to give them detention they are gonna think you're weak.

A highlight for me in this class is when i spent my precious time doing my CTR project and ended up getting no credit. That was the highlight for me. Not only did i spend at least 3 days making it. You still told me to embed it into my electronic portfolio. Even if YOU NEVER SHOWED US HOW TO EMBED. You made your students do it. How were we supposed to know if you never showed us step by step.

I didn't do my besty in this class because it was a waste of time. A stopped trying after he didn't accept my CTR project. I still do my SSS and other things. Just not as before. Now if you're a freshman reading this my message to you is stand up to mr.haymore in a respectful way and say what's on your mind or what's bugging you about him.

I do read my life planning goals journal. And i laugh at the things i put that i am never gonna achieve in life. Such as have a 1971 mustang. That not gonna happen my dad just sold his mustang that he was going to give me. Be with my mom for as long as i can. That's not gonna happen my coach and my cousin depend on me to go to practice. Im rarely home. And if i don't go to wrestling practice i'll get kicked out. If i don’t go to my cousins 15 practice she won’t want to talk to me.

I believe i am not a CTR person. I treat others how they treat me. Most people tell me i'm a pain in their butt when that's how they are to me. I was raised by this rule. My mom taught me not to let people take advantage of me i learned that the hard way in 6th grade. My bestfriend told me he was never my friend and would just hang out with me because i would always have money. Another thing people ask me is why am i so negative. I'm so negative because i know at the end everything will go wrong. For example: if i'm in a relationship i already know not to get so attached because she's gonna leave me someday. My uncle taught me not to depend on people so much. And i didn't. I wouldn't trusty anyone i still don't. Every Time someone tries to touch me or passes by me fast i get scared that they'll hurt me so i jump. My mom taught me no one really loves you like your parents. I learned that because my grandma never talks to me my dad never has anything to tell me and the only person that truly listens to me is my mom. My family told me crying is for the weak. That only girls cry. Well i haven't cried since 6th grade. All this emotion stored into me that can't be let out. That's what made me. That's why i am who i am. There is only one friend that truly understands my pain. All these people my own family made me a boy that only counts on himself and trust no one but himself. I am not a CTR person or a CTW person. I am my own person. I am not like the others i am unique. You cannot find another person like me.

This means that you should always do the right thing. And it shouldn't matter of what people tell you. Like if you have an offer of doing drugs choose the right and say no. but you don't always have to choose the right. As stated in the movie REMEMBER THE TITANS Julius states left side is the strong side. So… just know that you always have a choice. Bertier is the guy that ends up paralyzed from the waist down. This connects because if you want to be a CTR person you got to reach out to god.

I think this means if we are ctr people the world would be good. But sadly not everyone in this world is good. So this world will remain bad and corrupt. I think that if we were all born as equals we will be ctr and this country would really be a land of freedom. There would have never been wars or racism. The kkk wouldn't have existed. Adolf hitler wouldn't have sent nazis to kill innocent jews. And russia wouldn't have hacked the votes for trump. And now this place is really corrupt. There is racism everywhere. The saddest part is a crazy penguin looking president (kim jong un) is able to nuke us at any moment.

Yoga therapist

There are many things a yoga therapist has to know. Such as the anatomy. The anatomy is seeing how your body functions. So let's say you have back pain they should be able to know how to help you with that.

What these people do is basically fix your teeth. Let's say your teeth aren't perfect so your gonna go to them and get braces or retainer. It depends on how your teeth are. They first have to diagnose you. Later they treat you. They put braces on you. And every week or month they tighten them so your teeth can be fixed.

I would like this job because it pays really good and it sounds easy and non stressing. It can also be fun helping others with their problems.

I chose this topic because it was the fifth thing that popped out when i searched up good paying jobs. These people get payed $133,292- $151,538. So in my opinion this is a good job.

So what these people are required to do/be is responsible and organized. Most of the time when the pharmacy takes longer than two hours to get your is because they aren't organized or there was a lot more people before you. They should also have a doctor or pharmacist degree to display. They should also know what symptons and what is the cure. This is a really tough job. It is the complete opposite of me. They have to be leaders, confident, organized, strong communication skills, work in a team, and be able to remember every medicine.

Basically what these people do is design new methods to extract oil and gas from below the surface. They are responsible for creating profitable equipment. They also develop plans to force oil and gas out of the surface. They can force out gas and oil by adding water to the hole they drilled. If they don’t use water they can use chemicals,gases, or steam. In my perspective the most important part of their job is not only operating the equipment but having to make sure the equipment is installed properly, and is operating properly.

I would want to be a petroleum engineer because i think it is a lot of money. And it sounds interesting.

I think philip is trying to go for more of a karma quote. I think this because if you do something good you’ll get something good back to you. It sounds pretty much the same. So… i think it's ok to say he is trying to make a karma quote.except the part about following your passions. If you don’t chase money that means you are not greedy. I guess. If you follow your passions you will be able to accomplish your dreams.this can be compared to me because i follow my passion of wrestling. I have not won a match yet but i’m slowly getting stronger to have the strength to win. I have the technique now i only need the strength. I also am not greedy. So i don’t chase money.

i think that this is trying to say that whatever bad decision you make you have to find the good in it. lets say you bought groceries and accidentally paid for a candy. the good part is that you get candy for later. my girlfriend says i am really negative about things. she says that i only see the bad things from people and things. but i disagree. its not that i don't like them its that i know who they are and how the behave. if anything shes the negative one. i really like to see the good in the people. it is hard to see good when your blinded by all the bad. in all what i am trying to say is as long as you choose the right you wont have to choose between right and wrong.

I think this statement is trying to say that if you do a bad thing nothing will be gained. Like if you buy a pack of cigarettes you won't gain anything you'll just klose. Not only lose money but life. If you hadn't smoked one cigarette you would have lived up to 100. But doing that has caused you to live up to 70. In the other hand if you steal something it may be for a good cause. Let's say you and your family have just gotten thrown out top the street. And your family went their own ways. How are you going to live in the streets with no food. No home. No one to care for you. It is impossible. You would have to do anything necessary to survive. For example those people that say god doesn't want people to steal that god controls everything and everyone. If god is so mighty why did he take your home. Pathologist are specially trained physicians who examine the bodies of people who died suddenly or unexpectedly and violently. So apparently pathologist are like coroners. But the website says there are a lot of different types of pathologist. The one i just explained is a forensic pathologist. And coroners are also called forensic scientists.

Reflection:

I would like to be a forensic pathologist. I like the fact that it is the same thing as a coroner but different at the same time. Idk the idea of studying how people died is amazing. The only difference i see about a coroner and a forensic pathologist is that coroners have less years of education.

I think it means that the strong are the ones doing the stepping up. And when the weak try to step up they fail miserably. So when weaklings try and fail it’s not a great time. This means that honor should be something that is always kept. Like that no one should not have. Unless your parents never disciplined you and your just a stuck up brat. I mean i bet even children in africa have honor. Most children are well educated thanks to their parents. But not all of them. I think this means that you shall not be unloyal, untrustworthy, and not truthful because if you aren't that then what are you. Would you rather be judged by the good things of you or the bad. I think the indians are crazy for having these as commandments. I would have at least thought there would be more things about spirits. But apparently not. So today 4/28/17 is friday and we come out early. And mr.haymore is making us do this. Why? Is it because we have different skin color? Why? Is it because he claims to have nothing against black people yet whenever he talks about them it ends up being something bad. And how is bin laden's death beautiful? So may questions. Off topic. But my point is why would the indians have this. I believe that they have them because they wanted to have something keep their leader and themselves in check. For example, the leader goes rogue and sells native land to white hillbillies. What are the rest of the indians going to do? Absolutely nothing. Why you ask. Well because commandment number 3 says show respect to others. Which basically means if he did that he had a reason to do it. So no one is going to disrespect him by calling him stupid.

I think this statement means that wasting time and money isn't worth as much as goodness is. For example if you buy drugs. Such as marijuana you are spending $10 per gram. It may cost a little bit more depending what type. But at the end it isn't worth it. Because now you have no money, fake friends, less brain cells, and now you smell weird. What this is trying to say is don't spend your time and money in stupid things like drugs or luxuries.

Reflection:

Once i started doing this assignment i was already thinking in my head i don’t want to be this. But now that i’m done i see the many things an orthodontist does. And i feel like i would want to become this. They get paid pretty good. And it helps people. It may take a lot of years to become this but someone that truly wants it can and will achieve it.

I agree with this reflection for the reason that decisions should be made because they are right not because they are popular or poor decisions. Everyone must know the difference between right and wrong and base their decisions on that. This also goes back to the last student success statement we did about how we should make bad choices unpopular and good choices popular. This goes to say that everyone should understand when they are doing wrong. everyone should understand when they are doing right as well. If everyone understood the difference then we would not have to worry about people making poor choices in life. And maybe even then we could all learn to become one and there will not be so much hatred in the world.

I would not want to be a optometric technician. Because it sounds boring and it doesn't catch my attention.
