He is trying to say don’t break the only thing that you can have for a long time. For example let's say you promised your mom not to lie. This means that no matter how bad a lie is you can not break your promise and lie. Some bad consequences are not being able to go out with friends or not being able to be outside your house. And i won't type my personal story because then i'm gonna have to talk to the teacher/counselor. And it's really not important to talk about unless you are being really creepy and want to know everything about a person. This is no one else's by the time the teacher reads this he will have assigned me detention. Because a mexican can not type that fast according to him.👽👽👽
