A nursing home administrator is a is a governed by the Health and Safety code. They work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities. They provide assistance to older adults that are unable to independently care for themselves. Nursing homes hire diverse healthcare staff to appropriately care for live on elderly patients suffering from illnesses or diseases. Nursing home administrators are senior level health care services

Duties and responsibilities:
Overseeing staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies.

Education:
four year bachelor's degree, Pass state licensing examination

Demand for profession:
Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in health administration
Reflection:
I would not want to be a nursing home administrator. Because it sounds boring to take care of old people. Don't get me wrong i like old people. I just don't want to take care of them. I would take care of my parents and my family.
