I think this guy saw a quote and just changed some words. Because i am pretty sure i’ve heard this quote with different words before. I think it means that the strong are the ones doing the stepping up. And when the weak try to step up they fail miserably. So when weaklings try and fail it’s not a great time. In my opinion for a creepy looking coach this is an ok quote. But like always mr. haymore makes it his life goal to write about stuff.
